Orders are usually prepared within 24–48 business hours after confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded; business hours are counted during normal operating days, not continuously.

Estimated transit after dispatch is 3–7 business days. Preparation and transit are separate periods. Carrier delays, remote locations and exceptional conditions can extend estimates; delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Standard shipping is free for all orders to the destinations available at checkout. Any payment-method fee is shown separately before confirmation.

Our voluntary return window is 45 calendar days after delivery for eligible unused items. Contact us before sending a return. Product-specific exclusions must be disclosed before purchase; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping cost. For incorrect, damaged or non-conforming goods, contact us for an appropriate remedy and shipping arrangements without limiting mandatory rights.

For voluntary returns, after receipt and inspection we normally initiate an approved refund within 3–5 business days. Payment-provider posting time is additional. Any earlier statutory refund deadline takes precedence. Refund arrangements follow the original payment method where possible; contact us for cash-on-delivery refunds.
